Most leaders know what they're good at. Few can see what's actually in their way

You've probably been given feedback before - by people who saw you a few hours a month, through the filter of their own agenda. What most leaders have never had is someone whose entire job is to see them clearly, and who has no stake in the answer except that it's true.  

 

That's the work I do, and by every account it's the thing I do best. Within a first conversation, I can usually name a strength you've been underselling, a pattern you've stopped noticing, or the blind spot that's been quietly running the show.
