Unlike traditional coaching that hands you a set of steps to follow, I'll ask you questions that allows you to reflect on who you are and what you want. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, and leadership style, so you can lead from a place of confidence. If you feel like you, everything is easier. I’m a rebel (in disguise) and I don’t follow a specific playbook. Instead, I guide you to create a plan that is aligned with you.

I’m not interested in putting your challenges into a box I’ve solved for someone else. Instead, I meet you where you are and adapt my coaching to your evolving needs—whether you’re stepping into leadership, refining your style, or navigating a new challenge.

I founded March because I believe leadership is about being real, not fitting into a mold. I’ve witnessed the power of individuals embracing their true selves and leading from a place of strength and authenticity—and that’s what I want to help you do.
