I led Innovators Alliance, a peer advisory network for some of Ontario's fastest-growing entrepreneurs - and I continue to work at the executive level of the peer advisory world, spending every day with CEOs and business owners navigating exactly the decisions we'll work on together.

Where most engagements start
The March Package is a sustained engagement built for leaders in the middle of something real: a role transition, a scaling business, a stretch of consequential decisions. It begins with a focused Discovery phase (who you are as a leader right now, what you bring, what's in your way), then moves into ongoing coaching as you put that clarity to work against live decisions.
A note on confidentiality
The leaders I work with are often navigating things they can't discuss anywhere else: succession, exits, board dynamics, doubts they'd never say out loud at work. Everything in our engagement is strictly confidential.
